Notre réservation pour 2 s'est transformée en réservation pour 3, pour 4 nuits. 2 nuits seulement ont été passées à 3 et nous avons été remboursés sans discussion du trop perçu sur les 2 nuits supplémentaires. Même si une chambre non-fumeurs n'était pas disponible pour nous, les membres de l'hôtel ont tout fait pour nous mettre dans des conditions agréables, en passant un purificateur d'air avant notre arrivée.
