« Chose this hotel because pictures showed a nice comfortable room. Once arrived it was totally different. The room had a funky smell and walls were dirty. You can also feel the springs in the bed. Remote control didn’t work and to top it off, elevator didn’t work for a while. Breakfast was okay but juices didn’t have flavor. »

« The property is conveniently located to many food and shops. The room was not cleaned during my stay and the elevator was not working. I was able to get my steps though since I was on the third floor. »

« Me & my family stayed here to visit the water park and we had the most horrible experience. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working.
