Staff were attentive and friendly. The only complaint would be the constant noise that comes from both the passing trains and other guests in the hallways. The walls are thin and the doors slam shut. Lots of hikers/campers coming and going at all hours of the night. They have a huge bucket of earplugs at check-in for a reason. I would suggest eating at the restaurant attached to the hotel. We enjoyed the restaurant and had a very comfortable stay!
