« Chris, the host, was available on the day we checked in to answer questions and to offer assistance. The reason for this rating is the lack of amenities that I think most people have come to expect, such as a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had to purchase those things on our own. Some of the towels were stained. We found a few creepy crawlies on the floor of the house when we checked in. There are not curtains on the master bathroom window...
