"This small, quaint house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to many places like downtown Westerly, the beaches, etc. The house is exactly what others have reviewed: small cottage with outdated furniture and appliances. If you don't mind feeling like you are staying in your grandparents house (which we didn't) it's a great place to call your home base. "

"This is a rustic older home beautifully situated close to the water. There was a lot of room and many beds. It was very private. We spend a lot of time outdoors but were still surprised by the sheer number of mosquitos, definitely something to be aware of and prepare for. The home does not have central air, but had ample fans and screened windows to open. It was not hot when we stayed and had no issue with this. Overall we were very happy with our stay."

"The villa was so perfect for an overnight stay. It was clean, well stocked with everything you need, down to coffee and creamer. The grounds are pretty, with the fountains and little bridges. I would definitely stay here again."
