(ca. 50 Jahre ) ! Ich bin seit 1989 regelmäßiger Urlaubsgast und habe den Werdegang des "Nipa Lodge, Nova Lodge, Centera Beach Hotel und momentan des Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort". Seit den letzten Jahren laufen dort aufwendige Renovierungsarbeiten, was auch dringend nötig war. Et slitt hotell, men den har det en forventer og trenger av fasiliteter. Stort ite område skjermet for innsyn ig trafikk med stort bassseng i hagen. Det finnes garantert ikke bedre beliggenhet om du vil bo sentralt i Pattaya. Nærmere stranden, butikker, restauranter, uteliv og shopping kommer du ikke.
