I do not agree that this resort received 4 stars. It should be 3 when compare to other hotels in Pattaya that I have visited. You may find other 4 star hotels within this price range. By the way, the room is not small and clean including pool inside the resort. AirCon in the room 206 is noisy.

Everything is within walking distance yet you would think you were in the country also nice size pool all staff are excellent from owner to cleaners and extremely polite would recommend to anyone from single to family very good value for money for me 5 star

This hotel is a long walk along a filthy lane to get to the nearest cafe or restaurant and beach. No transport nearby unless you take this same walk. Couldn’t even get a taxi from the resort, had to pay the owner twice as much as a taxi for them to drive us to our next resort which was at least close to town. The villa itself was nice enough, but the breakfast was all Asia hot food, and some terrible white bread for toast. The owner was friendly enough when we’d expressed concern about getting to a restaurant for dinner and did drive us to the beach area a kilometre away so we didn’t need to walk down the lane in the dark. Overall, would not recommend this hotel even as an inexpensive option as I know there are also inexpensive places closer to restaurants and beach area.

Överlag bra och prisvärt hotell. Dock en del detaljer som gör att helhetsintrycket blir sådär. Rummet hade lite slitage som drog ner känslan. Saknades hyllor i badrummet. Lite övriga småsaker i badrummet som var sådär. Provade inte frukosten men verkade sådär. Få solsängar vid poolen. Men bra personal och i övrigt vad man kan förvänta sig. Ingen kul omgivning och dåligt restaurangutbud precis vid hotellet.

Really loved the bungalow. Large room with a Thai feel. Very comfortable and quiet stay. A bit far from the beach but in a more rural area which was a nice change from the cramped feel of the city. Overall one of my favorite places I stayed in Pattaya.

Quiet hotel a bit away from Jomtien Beach area

As mentioned above, once transport organized, was able to visit the sights and get to the 6 km stretch of beach, bars, restaurants & shops without the long walk there.

Globalement cet hôtel est sympathique mais ne mérite pas vraiment ses 3 étoiles. Tout y es bien mais de ce niveau de qualité selon les critères d'un 3 étoiles beaucoup de choses sont vieillissantes ou manquante. Par exemple une climatisation qui tombe en panne rapidement, peu de petit accessoires de toilette savon ridicule pas de sèche cheveux pas de champion... Bref il ne s'agit pas d'un mauvais hôtel, le personnel est disponible pour vous satisfaire et le prix est raisonnable. Ne vous attendez pas à un palace, l'hôtel est bien pour les routard. Il est dans un coin tranquille assez loin de toutes les activités de Pattaya mais cela me convenait parfaitement. A chacun sont plaisir. L'hôtel n'est pas de haut standing, piscine bien que petite est agréable ; il reste intéressant pour un prix raisonnable et un séjour de une semaine maximum.

Sehr ruhig gelegene kleine Anlage, optimal für zum entspannen, Villa-Zimmer sehr geräumig und umfangreich eingerichtet, großer Balkon.Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Negativ:Pool müßte renoviert werden (teils Verletzungsgefahr), Standard-Zimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig, TV-Programm für Deutsche nicht geeignet. Achtung: Photos entsprechen nur den Villen.

Fantastic stay,great pool,lovely breakfast,staff were very helpful in arranging transport,free tuk tuk to beach area,New management couldn't do enough for us even made special desserts just for us and picked fresh star fruit off tree for us to try!.Food was available to eat (was bought in) but they are building a new restaurant which opens shortly.

very satified

It was as in the description, I had 1 hiccup and that was solved very quickly. I have staved in many hotels and not replied, The staff were friendly and polite. I will stay again, The hotel was just a short walk to the beach.
