comme c etait la deuxieme fois que nous venions dans cet hotel nous avons beneficié d une chambre magnifique de 75 m². la piscine n est pas ensoleillée toute la journée et donne une impression de cour d immeuble entourée des 4 batiments de l hotel. Clientele a 80% chinoise tres bruyante et envahissante. petit dejeuner copieux buffet assez varié.

A déconseillé
Hotel à déconseiller. En arrivant pour le check-ing de la chambre , on me demande mes information Carte Bleu ( pour caution). Personnel pas du tout acceuillant ( on a l'impression de les déranger ) Et pas du tout à l'écoute ( le personnel parlent tres tres peu l'Anglais ). Hotel tres tres bruillant. Matelas du lit inconfortable. Prise à côté des chevets qui ne fonctionne pas . La Chambre a une odeur d'humidité. Le lait pour le corp mît à disposition à une odeur de périmé. Tres grande piscine mais entouré de 4 bâtiments qui cache le soleil du coup 1/10 de la piscine est ensoleillé. Sur le descriptible de la chambre il y a écrit " à disposition fer et table a repasser" , lorsqu'on fait la demande au personnel de l'hôtel , on nous répond qu'il n'y en a pas. C'est honteux de la part d'un hotel 4 étoiles. Qui ne vaut même pas 2 étoiles . Le petit déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 10h30, et à 10h20 ils commencent à débarrasser avec un vacarne insupportable pour les clients qui continu à déjeuner. J'ai séjourné dans plusieurs hotel tres bien en thailande et celui-ci fut le pire.

Personne ne maîtrise l'anglais dans cet hôtel! très difficil de se faire comprendre. La wifi fonctionne très mal dans les chambres. L'hôtel commence à prendre de l'âge. La télévision est très vieille. La chambre est très cher pour ce que c'est. La piscine cependant est très belle. La situation au nord de Patong est parfaite.

Le personnel est sympathiques et réactif, le plus c'est la situation de l'hotel idéal pour les familles en quetes de quiétude. les chambres sont belles et bien équipées (sdb spacieuse). La restauration est de qualité et le petit déjeuner très copieux et très diversifié.

It was nice that the free breakfast was a little different every day. Multigrain bread is very delicious. A chef cooks for over 200 people by himself. There aren't many shops nearby, but if you're going to the beach, it's not too noisy, so it's recommended. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable, but there weren't many electrical outlets and it felt a little bit dated.But it’s very clean, recommended for people who don't require many amenities.

Excellent facilities and the pool area is amazing for relaxation. The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. Our buffet breakfast had such a great selection and was a great way to start each day.

booked the executive room so I could conduct meetings & spend time with friends what a mistake that was, I checked out early & moved to another hotel. The room is spacious but very dated, Old TV without the latest connectivity options. The couch & Lounge had stains, hairs & what looked like bodily fluids, So we never really sat on them. Air conditioning was temperamental, shower had fluctuating temperatures. No welcome fruit bowl as advertised for the executive room. You can not sleep during the night as sound proofing is non existent, this room is classed as a City View It is on the side of the road where all day & night you have revving of motor bikes & disco vans with music up loud you can hear everything. I never slept. next day I complained to staff & they did move me to a less expensive room, a junior suite, after some negotiating they did scrap the charge for the food I ordered when I checked out. Second night stayed in the junior suite which also had an issue with noise but slightly less, I was recommended by another guest to go get ear plugs from the local chemist which I did and slept well. The breakfast was by far the worst I have had , juice tastes so artificial, pastries tasted a bit stale & dry like they have been out for a few days. The seats are filthy in the dining room. Checked out a day early & moved to another hotel where sound proofing was soo much better, much cleaner. I lost one day due to no sleep. The member of staff that helped was great.

The Delux Room I was in is very spacious, Shower and bathtub also very spacious and my view from my windows and balcony of the hotels swimming pool absolutely fabulous to wake up to every morning or afternoon. The hotel location is also great being only 2 mins walk to Patong Beach. The staff were very polite and helpful to solve any issues too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Phuket! The only issue I would be critical over which is not unique to this hotel but most hotels I've been to around the world, is to invest in better TV program packages, like cable TV or satellite for when we prefer to stay in the room and relax, I know this may be costly but hotels need to realise that the holiday experience includes relaxing in your room. Overall, 5 out of 5 for my Patong Paragon Resort & Spa experience.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in phuket. They have the most friendly staff and are always there at your every need. Everything is right there. There is only 1 negative thing i can say and that its very hard to cross the street right outside the hotel, as there is a round-about to the right and it gets very busy. 5 stars for sure.

This was my first time to Thailand and to Phuket. My only information about this hotel was through reviews and pictures. I was not disappointed!! The hotel looks just like the pics!! I was really impressed with the size of the room. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with lots of variety. The property is righy over ghe rd from the Patong beach! And also walkable to other tourist attractions as well as resturants. I will absoloutely stay here again and recommend to others

The rooms were very spacious but it did not have an outlet near the bed which was very inconvenient. I had a swim up room that led to the swim up bar which was nice. The breakfast was always good with many options. The restaurant food (lunch/dinner) was just so-so. The staff was very nice and accomodating. It had many dining options within walking distance and a 24 hour 7-11 across the street which was very convenient. It was also within walking distance of Bangla Rd.
