« I made the right choice staying for two nights at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The check-in was superb, with Asia greeting me with a big smile and I was even upgraded! A young man came to offer me a drink and also helped with my luggage to my room. The spa is very relaxing, and I loved the attention from Silvia, who checked in on me, offered me tea, and then brought it to me in the lounge area - a true pleasure. L’emplacement était idéal et le petit déjeuner très varié et très bon Seul bémol le rapport qualité prix 200 euros la nuit pour un trois étoiles c est trop élevé … nous pensions à ce prix la être dans un 4 étoiles Pas de machine à café pas de coffre fort une salle de bains basique … Nous arrivions de Cracovie où nous avions passé 3 jours dans un 4 étoiles situé sur la grande place avec un3 décoration et du mobilier de grande qualité une salle de bain avec douche hydro massante une machine à café sophistiqué et une bouteille de prosecco offerte pour un montant de 411 euros avec un excellent petit déjeuner avec des plats chauds délicieux servis à la commande Bref déçus par le rapport qualité prix mais l hôtel est très bien situé insonorisé et très propre "

"I made the right choice staying for two nights at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The check-in was superb, with Asia greeting me with a big smile and I was even upgraded! A young man came to offer me a drink and also helped with my luggage to my room. The spa is very relaxing, and I loved the attention from Silvia, who checked in on me, offered me tea, and then brought it to me in the lounge area - a true pleasure. The room service was also excellent. I'd also like to commend the night team at the concierge desk. Looking forward to coming back soon!" " Chambre spacieuse, hôtel bien placé. Cependant il y a des lacunes au niveau du menage. Dans la chambre il y avait un paillasson devant la porte de la salle de bain, il servait a cacher les traces de javel sur la moquette Dans un placard il y avait encore un sac plastique et une cuillère Sale d'un ancien client. Le tapis de bain ainsi que les deux serviettes pour la douche avaient quelques années d'existence, ils étaient effilochés et troués. comme la salle de bain n'est pas ventilée , les serviettes ne sèchent pas et les femmes de ménage ne les changent pas, donc le deuxième jour on s'essuie avec des serviettes humides J'espère que mon commentaire fera bouger les choses, car je trouve ça déplacé pour un 3 etoiles J'ai pris des photos mais je n'arrive pas à les intégrer ace message."
