"The bathroom was small but the toiletries were very nice, water pressure in the shower was excellent. The bed was fine, and the microwave and fridge were welcome. The Keurig did not work but that was a minor disappointment. Breakfast was standard buffet. Service everywhere was very good. "

"The lobby smelled wonderful. The staff, especially Nathaniel, were wonderful. Bed was comfortable. Walking from parking across the street was a bit strange, but we changed to the uncovered lot in the back after the staff suggested the option."

"The room was lovely and clean but the elevators were the worst. It took us 3 minutes to get an elevator because 1 was out of service and the one in service would go to the 8th floor first no matter what button you pushed. The luggage trolleys had flat tires so they were hard to maneuver."
