« Absolutely wonderful resort. We stayed in the Boreas Pass Suite. The room was far more spacious and modern than expected with a huge, private deck that backed to the river (the entire resort is so well kept and manicured). The Snowmelt/Spa area was such a bonus and we had the Steam Sauna, Dry Sauna and Cold plunge all to ourselves, even on the busiest leaf-peeping weekend of the season (Friday, 9/25). « Large cabin stocked with more towels and dishes than I have in my own home. Very comfortable for family of 6. 4 Bikes and games for them to use. Cabin is a bit off the beaten path on a gravel road. If you have mobility issues getting into the shower is a challenge as the tub is very deep. There is no AC which wasn’t an issue although many windows were missing screens making it a little tricky. Overall a very nice place to stay. Host was very quick to respond to our questions. »

« Our stay was seven nights and this house was exactly what we needed for our family. The house was as described, clean and in a wonderful location, close to Fairplay, Alma and Breckenridge. The road up is very rough, so be prepared. The host communicates well, the check-in/out process is simple, and there is room to spread out. The main shower and bath was a plus, with tons of room.
