We were able to enjoy cooking several times in the kitchen and once on the BBQ. They have EVERYTHING that you would need!! The microwave developed a weird problem and I'm guessing because it was a long weekend (4th of July) no one was able to come to get it working, so we did without it. But we made do just fine, and we all had a really awesome family vacation together! Eric was fantastic to communicate with! We really appreciated all of the great info he gave to us before our trip. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, and we felt right at home. Baths are well-stocked, the kitchen has everything you need (and more!), beds are comfortable and common rooms are cozy. The game room is a great bonus -- we enjoyed pool, darts and karaoke. The location is perfect -- two staircases down to the middle of Main Street, with easy access to shopping and dining (and skiing, in season). No car needed -- we hiked down to Silver Star and took the shuttle bus back. The owner/host is very accommodating and responsive, and provided extensive information about the house and available activities prior to check-in. Thanks to the on-site manager, who provided shopping services, we arrived to a fridge full of provisions without worrying how we'd get groceries back. We loved our stay here and would absolutely consider booking again if we return to Park City. The location is hard to beat. It is literally steps from Old Town for shopping and eating. You can easily walk your skis up to Quit'n Time and ski down to the Town lift. Since we were traveling with younger children (6 and 4), we also drove to ski school at Park City Mountain. It was an easy drive. Buses run to the mountain too, but we didn't utilize them. Pros: - Location, location, location. So convenient to everything and the views from the house were lovely. - Erik was a very responsive host. He even checked in via text during our stay to see how we were doing. - The kitchen is stocked with spices, coffee, tea, and all the gadgets you need to cook at home. The bathrooms had body wash. There was laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There were so many extra towels which was useful because we had 7 in our party. - The hot tub! It was clean and easy to use. - Good laundry set up. - Easy check in and check out process. Cons: - Honestly, there were not really any cons. The property is older but is true to the photos and was clean. The family room area was a bit smaller in real life but we all fit comfortably for movies and relaxation. (For reference, our group had 4 adults and three kids ages 6, 4, and 4). The dining table accommodated 11 one night for dinner! From our experience, this is an excellent spot for a family with young kids. We loved our time here. ##### Lindy K. Best parts were comfy memory foam beds, super clean house/carpet, kitchen/house stocked with pantry/shampoo items, and location was truly ski in/out (ski out 10 houses down, ski in 5 houses down). Town is an easy 5 minute walk where there are tons of restaurants and shopping. Erik texted before, during, and after our stay. We lost a bag on the was so I texted that night at 6pm and he gave me a store recommendation that was open until 9pm to replace our ski gear. I also let him know ping pong paddles were worn and he had some shipped to us the next day. We used his property manager for grocery delivery (cost + .35% markup) so there was food upon our late arrival.
