"The hotel was okay but quite pricey for the facilities and room. We were not aware that the bed would be on a raised platform - whilst not a problem for us, it might be for others if unaware. The room was very hot at night with no way to control the temperature other than opening the window. Check-in was a bit odd as you had to do this on an iPad and ‘create your own key’ - it would have been quicker for the staff member to just do it! It was okay overall. No kettle or fridge facilities. "

"Very convenient location. Room was very simple, but comfortable and clean. Room stayed warm during the winter. I had a room that faced a small interior courtyard, so I did not experience any noise from the street. I was by the elevator so there was some noise from folks coming and going periodically.
