Well-appointed St. Michel studio

Located in a courtyard, super quiet at night but in a lively area of town. It's minutes away from Notre Dame Cathedral and the shops and restaurants of the St. Michel district. It is near 2 metro lines and many bus lines, which makes getting around a snap!

A perfect little studio apartment in an excellent central location. The host gave us many great recommendations and was incredibly helpful. My daughter and I felt safe and comfortable during our stay. We would definitely rebook here.

Great location close to RER B and C lines as well as the metro. Many tourist sights were in walking distance. Host had excellent communication and provided very easy to follow instructions on how to reach the rental. She also provided recommendations for restaurants.

Great place in a lively neighborhood

Smallish no frills but great place as a base camp for Paris exploration. Tons of cafes and restaurants, metro stations and even Notre Dame are within walking distance. Great communication with our host.

INCREDIBLE location for me. Melissa was so helpful & communicative, making check-in a breeze & questions quickly answered.The unit itself was perfectly sized for me as a solo traveler, but may be too cramped for two people. FYI, it is up one flight of narrow stairs that wind around a corner, so bringing luggage up will be an endeavor! Loved having laundry, but definitely needed a drying rack as ventless units never dry in one cycle. Plenty of hot water but lack of light inside the shower is a negative for me.Overall, the unit feels very cozy & is located in a great area! While it was very clean, I think a refresh of the space is needed—new caulking in the bathroom, fixing the outlets that had exposed wires (above stove being one of them), replacing the wall heater in the bathroom (starting to rust), etc. Cosmetically, the unit would definitely benefit! Ultimately, the location was the big winner for me, so I didn’t necessarily mind the other things.Liked: location, comfortable bed, host communicationThings that would make this property even better: more outlets, a laundry drying rack, & an overall freshen up of the space.

Perfect location in the heart of Latin Quarter but none of the noise. Very comfortable bed. Only a few blocks from RER line for CDG airport. Perfect place for 2 people!

Amazing location for this spacious apartment, just a 5 minute walk from the Ile de la Cité but on a more quiet street and interior courtyard, so our nights were quiet and peaceful. Host sent many good recommendations for food, and allowed us to check in a bit early when we asked. Value for the amenities and location was great, despite Vrbo's high fees.

Wonderful, central yet quiet location. Plenty of hot water for a shower. A few relatively minor improvements would be very helpful: repair or add power outlet access; hooks for coats & scarfs, and hooks for towels in kitchen and bath; a small bench or valet stand for a suitcase; repair light fixtures; a few basic cooking utensils; tidy of the courtyard; would be greatly appreciated.

Positives: Location! Short walk to Seine, Notre Dame, Conciergerie, Sainte-Chapelle, Shakespeare's. Lots of thick towels. Comfy bed.Not so Positives: Small space. Don't look out the window! Sparse kitchen not conducive to indoor cooking. Inconvenience of no bedside lamps nor tables. Half the outlets would not charge our devices. If you are only looking for a comfy bed right in central Paris, at a relatively reasonable price, this will do.

Melissa is an amazing host!

Melissa provided us with very helpful information on where to eat, nearby pharmacies and grocery stores. The apartment is a short walk to Notre Dame. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was in the 90’s. It’s a great rental for 2 as it’s a studio. It does not have an oven but it didn’t matter to us.

Great location!

Three blocks from the Seine and one block from the Metro. The host communicated well but it took 24 hours to fix a balky toilet. Overall would recommend this unit.
