This neighbourhood is rich with history and literature fans will love immersing themselves in this area. This area is home to the prestigious La Sorbonne university. From your front door, you are steps from the Seine River and the Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame and Ile de la Cite. Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Prés and the Jardin des Plantes are all within walking distance. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! There was no microwave, and they left us very little toilet paper. That was annoying, as we expected them to supply enough for our entire 4 nights, not just the first hour. Walls were filthy, surfaces were dusty, and not wiped down. There was no dish soap. The unit was NOT renovated, could not locate stairs, this is very dangerous if there was a fire. The location and size of the apartment was great. I’m glad we were out for the majority of our time in Paris so that we didn’t have to spend a lot of time in the suite. L'appartement lui-même était très confortable et impeccablement propre, avec des serviettes fournies. Les instructions pour l'enregistrement étaient détaillées, il est donc important de les lire attentivement pour assurer une arrivée sans problème. Notre séjour dans cet appartement a été merveilleux, et nous avons pleinement profité de notre temps à Paris ! L'emplacement dans le Quartier Latin était parfait, avec ses restaurants, bars et marchés animés. L'appartement était également bien situé près du métro, ce qui facilitait l'exploration de la ville.
