Family apartment with stunning Eiffel Tower views  
  
This spacious 100m2 apartment is located on the top floor of a prestigious building and offers breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double living room with dining area.  
  
It is ideally located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement, a vibrant and elegant district known for its many shops, restaurants, and cafes.  
  
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a fully equipped independent kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hob, hood, coffee machine, kettle) and everything you need to eat and cook (plates, cutlery, pans, ...), a breakfast nook with 1 bar stool. A double living/dining room with a seating area (2 sofas for 2/3 people) and 2 armchairs, a television. The dining area is equipped with a table for 6 people.  
Linens, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided by a specialized concierge.   
We also provide 1 unique set of keys.  
  
The sleeping area is accessed via a hallway.  
A first bedroom with a view of the Eiffel Tower (2 single beds 90 x 200 cm)  
A second bedroom with a view of the Eiffel Tower (double bed 140 x 200 cm) with a dressing room and chest of drawers.  
A third bedroom (double bed 140 x 200 cm) with a large wardrobe.  
2 bathrooms complete this property:  
Bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks, washing machine, storage  
Shower room with sink and walk-in shower  
1 individual toilet

The apartment is ideally located to explore the capital with ease! You can walk to Montparnasse / Saint-Germain des Prés or even the Champ de Mars / Eiffel Tower and the Invalides ... Also close to the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center. Enjoy the "village" atmosphere that reigns in this typically Parisian neighborhood, with its multitude of shops, good restaurants and cafes. It is located on Rue de Vaugirard and just a few steps from the shops of Rue Cambronne and Rue Lecourbe (supermarkets, fishmongers, cheesemakers, wine merchants, etc.)
