Every details was thought about at the Ibis Paris Grand Boulevards. They even had a water fountain that served sparkling water for you to fill your bottles - a big saving when travelling as you go through so much water and have to buy it all. The breakfast was great, the staff so helpful - a travellers every need was anticipated. They even had a fridge of heat and eat food if you came in late. Far from a budget feel - it felt homey and you felt cared about. We stayed for 2 nights and for both nights we couldn’t take decent showers. The water goes down the drain very slowly, causing overflows to the bathroom floor. We had to take many pauses during the shower to allow the water to go down, so that the bathroom don’t get totally flooded. We spoke to the concierge after the first night. The concierge staff was very friendly and accommodating, but they couldn’t resolve the issue as the plumber was not working that day.
