Good clean comfortable bed but air con didn't work. We were then provided with a fan which worked fine in June. Also able to borrow forks and glasses for takeaway meal eaten in the lounge area. Hotel in need of some TLC but for the price in Paris it was OK. The area of Puteaux is great

Hotel in best neighborhood in paris

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay in the Defensa neighborhood. The area proved to be exceptionally convenient, located just minutes away from the metro line, which made commuting a breeze. I truly enjoyed my time in this vibrant zone, which is rich with excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries. Additionally, I felt very safe during my entire stay, which added to the overall pleasantness of my visit. Thank you once again for facilitating such a memorable experience. I look forward to the opportunity to return in the future.

Hotel Princesse Isobelle Jan’24

I used the hotel as a base. The restaurant was not open for breakfast but!, the shops & cafe’s were only down the road so the location was good - The metro was a 5 min walk so only 15/ 20 mins ride to get into the centre of Paris- The hotel was clean, the shower was great in my room & the bed was comfortable 👍 The chap on reception was very helpful & polite. I would stay again 😀

Nice location/personell, basic hotel, not so clean

Not very clean. Nice location, but disappointed compared to the photos. It is a basic Hotel, with friendly staff, but not very clean (when I had to pick up something from under the bed, it was completely dusty).

Booked this hotel for a buisness trip and due to travel issues had to move my trip. Airline allowed me to rebook my flight but this hotel would not allow me a refund or even to hold a credit for future stay. Very disappointing service. Paid for over a week stay and never actually went here. Expedia tried to help but the hotel refused to make any accommodations

First couple of nights were alright, the person who worked the front desk was friendly. On my last night the person that worked the reception had all the lights turned off, was watching TV in the dark and was generally quite rude. I left my key in the room and he started shouting at me saying don't forget your key. Honestly a very unpleasant experience to deal with. The person that worked the front desk the first 2 nights was incredibly friendly however. Just the Sunday night I had a bad experience. I hope anyone who stays there doesn't have to deal with him.

모든게 유료였고, 라데팡스에서는 조금 걸어야 됩니다. 시설은 방문도 고식 열쇠키였고, 엘레베이터도 있지만 혼자 겨우 탈 정도의 낡았습니다. 복도 나오면 너무 어두컴컴해서 놀라고 무서웠습니다. 에너지 절약 때문인지 상시 켜져있는게 아닌 사람이 지나가야 켜지는 방식이었습니다. 세면대에서는 하수구 냄새가 올라와서 조금 불쾌했습니다. 가격 때문이 아니라면 전 추천하지 않습니다. (가격은 시내 비해 상대적으로 저렴하였습니다.)

Chambre bien mais murs fins. Climatisation très appréciable. Chambre pas trop petite et fonctionnelle. Personnel d'accueil gentil et efficace. Litterie confortable. Quartier pas trop mal fréquenté, commerces à proximité. Très bien pour un petit budget
