Located at the heart of the 15th district of Paris, this very nice apartment with superb volumes and its private terrace can accommodate up to 5 people. Very calm, located close to transports and all amenities, this bright place is a perfect choice for a stay in Paris.

This exceptional duplex apartment located on the first and second floors consists of a living space of 150 sq. m in a little building and includes :
- a very large and pleasant living room,
- a dinner room,
- a large and calm terrace,
- an open well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dish-washer),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed,
- a fourth bedroom with twin beds,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a bathroom with bathtub and WC,
- separate WC.
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing equipment,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

The gardener will come to maintain the terrace and water the indoor plants on Tuesday mornings between 10.30am and 12pm.

- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

Due to stairs, the accommodation is not suitable for young children and persons with reduced mobility.

## Neighborhood

At the heart of the familial district Vaugirard, you will be in a typical Parisian environment, calm but trading. You will be 20 min away on foot from Champs de Mars, which gives you the access to the Eiffel Tower. Go to Rue du Commerce as well or at the shopping mall Beaugrenelle to shop, or enjoy a walk at the Georges Brassens Parc. 20 min away on foot, you will find the aquatic park Aquaboulevard. The flat is also close to numerous business tours, housing companies such as BFM TV, AccorHotels, Microsoft or Canal+, as well as the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center. Lastly, thanks to the metro located just nearby, you will reach easily all the emblematic Parisian monuments : the Champs-Elysées, the Louvre, the Department Stores, Garnier and Bastille operas… will be just a metro ride away.
Moreover, you will find plenty of nice restaurants around your place : we recommend you Deuz, Le Belisaire, Je-thé-me and Café du Commerce 1900.
