Staff friendly and helpful enough, but it has to be said the room reeked of cigarette smoke, day and night - it was very intense, even in the middle of the night and despite leaving the window open all day while we were out. Do not disregard and take this into consideration if considering booking. The place was generally clean.The wifi worked just fine. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were the thinnest pillows I've ever seen and it was quite noisy. Also, small item was that they say property is smoke free in description but thats definitely not the case. Opening windows aired out cigarette smell (thank you large parisian windows) pretty quick. So not huge issue. We do not recommend this Hotel at all, not even for one night!
