Boutique Hotel, a bit too dark

we had a superior room, which had also a nice terrasse. The room is rather small and has no door to the shower room, which I deem a small obstacle but it is rather unpleasant. A separate toilet room was available. One wall was pitch black the other white. Certainly a rather unique experience but I did not feel too comfortable. The bar has only basic drinks, whilst the breakfast selection was o.k., nothing special.

Comfort and Convenience

Out of the front entrance of the Gare du Nord, turn left and walk to the hotel! Saved on cabs, thanks to location and ease of using both rail and subway. The Staff was friendly, very helpful and had a good command of the English language. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Hotel Terminus Leon

A very well located hotel very close to train stations. Super busy area but that's to be expected. Hotel had a warm minibar and I can't say if it was supposed to be cold or not. The temp control did not work so I resorted to buying ice all the time. Front desk staff did get ice for me a couple of times from a next door restaurant as this hotel does not have a bar or ice on hand. That was the only letdown as I had specifically booked this hotel to use the mini-fridge. Bathrooms was very new and cleaned very well. Rest of the room was the same and bed was made every day. Elevator was tiny but worked well. All in all a very good hotel for Paris.

Very close to rail and metro

A good sized clean room minutes from gard de nord and l'est stations and metro. I had a queen sized bedroom and had plenty of space. The first room I had near the tiny lift was noisy due to the clicking sound of the lift though, so I was moved to a front street room which was perfect. Very nice friendly staff.
