« The front office staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I received numerous emails and phone calls, which felt harassing, due to their lack of transparency regarding our itinerary. We were also forced to pay a garage fee that was never mentioned when we booked the condo. The listing says 3 bedrooms but in fact it was 2 bedrooms and a big closet with a futon bed in it. lAdditionally, the condo itself had several issues: broken cookware, a non-working TV, and hand soaps that were diluted with...
