    Les vues incroyables abondent depuis le grand salon joliment décoré et la chambre principale de la princesse 1402! Les deux chambres ont des portes coulissantes en verre qui mènent directement au balcon de 288 pieds carrés en bord de mer où les magnifiques couchers de soleil sont nombreux! Le grand balcon offre une vue imprenable sur la plage et les couchers de soleil nocturnes! Vous pouvez presque tendre la main et toucher le sable. Prenez une belle couverture douce et traînez toute la soirée ou allez chercher du sable!

    Vous pouvez également voir les couchers de soleil et sentir l'air frais de l'océan depuis le salon spacieux avec de nombreux sièges tout en regardant votre émission préférée sur le grand téléviseur à écran plat. Et n'oubliez pas les lecteurs DVD dans chaque pièce pour ces films dont vous ne pourrez plus vous passer. La salle à manger et la cuisine adjacentes sont ouvertes sur le salon. Il s'agit de vivre en plan ouvert à son meilleur. Toute famille ou amis s'intégrerait parfaitement dans cette location de vacances; il y a plein de lits et de sièges. La grande cuisine est parfaite pour se divertir et entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer un bon moment. Les mélangeurs sont inclus !! La buanderie surdimensionnée a un grand évier et une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Ce condo a des carreaux partout et est prêt pour tous ces pieds de sable et jouets de plage qui accompagneront à coup sûr vos voyages à la plage!

    La grande cuisine a été mise à jour et dispose de toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin pour vous assurer que votre séjour soit aussi confortable que possible. Le bar avec évier et mini-réfrigérateur a également été mis à jour avec de nouvelles armoires. Les mises à jour ne s'arrêtent pas là. La salle de bain principale a été mise à jour pour inclure une grande DOUCHE DOUBLE avec deux pommes de douche !!

    Le Princess 1402 est méticuleusement entretenu et nettoyé selon les normes les plus élevées. Pas de coins sales ou de vieux draps ici. Le gestionnaire inspecte personnellement le condo après chaque nettoyage et avant chaque arrivée! Le directeur habite au Princess et est disponible 24h / 24 et 7j / 7 pour prendre en charge tous les problèmes que vous pourriez avoir. Ce que vous voyez, c'est ce que vous obtenez lorsque vous louez ce condo!

    Le balcon de 10 pieds sur 30 pieds donne sur la plage et est orienté presque plein sud. C'est l'endroit idéal pour dîner en plein air ou pour regarder ce coucher de soleil parfait.

    Ce condo est livré avec deux chaises de plage GRATUITES avec un parasol du 1er mars au 1er octobre.

Beautiful beach and spacious unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very private and spacious beachfront unit with a large balcony. Nice building with 3 elevators (minimal/no waiting) and great amenities. Strong boogie-boarding waves and beautiful sunsets. The Princess building was easy to find and close to plenty of dining and shopping. We also visited St Andrews State Park nearby for calmer waves at Jetty Beach. Donna and Jennifer made booking/arrival/departure simple. We would definitely return to this building and VIP Resorts!

Our condos are always in top condition and fully supplied with every kitchen tool needed! The staff checks in on us often to make sure we have everything we need and that the condo is without problems. Our initial deposit is refunded quickly as promised. We have great respect for these ladies that handle these condos so professionally and courteously! The Princess Condominiums is our place to be when summer arrives!

LOVE this place!

We absolutely love staying here and the management! Everything was perfect the whole week and was really clean from the condo to the hot tub and pools (inside and outside) to the beach! We definitely be back!!

Best place on the beach

The hosts are so easy to work with! Very smooth check in and check out process. The Princess has the nicest and cleanest condos that we have stayed in at PCB by far! We love this place and will definately return!

Great Location for small family

This was our fourth stay at PCB and we went with Princess Condo’s (VIP) this stay. The room was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. It was clean and had just about everything we needed. Communication with the manager’s was great and we had everything we needed before arrival. Getting a text that we could check into our room before was also a major plus! We would gladly stay here again.

Awesome Summer Vacay!

Top notch rental location! Top notch customer service and the view - WOW! We could not have selected a better rental. The space was perfect for us! The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Just a few steps from the beach fun and sun! Donna and Jennifer were both awesome and attentive to our needs. Can't wait to see you guys again next year!

We loved this condominium!

I can't say enough good things about the Princess! The condo was spacious and comfortable (there were 9 of us). Nicely decorated and clean. It was nice to have a full-size washer and dryer. The beach was not crowded. We have already booked for next year.

Fall Break

It was a wonderful condo! Spacious, clean, and has beautiful views of the beach! It was very quiet and peaceful. We had two people in our party that had a hard time with mobility, and they had very little trouble navigating the campus! All of the rooms are close to the elevators, there is a ramp that leads to the beach, and the pools are easy to enter and leave. The condo is adequately stocked with everything and anything you need. One of our favorite condos in PCB! If they’ll have us, we will definitely be back!

Any closer to the beach and you'd be sleeping in the sand!

We had a great experience. Family members have traveled to the PCB area for 20+ years and are now going back with the next generation. Princess condos have been a choice for many years after trying various locations due to being on the quiet end of the beach away from all of the traffic. A big seller for everyone is the indoor and outdoor pools being heated as this time of year is always questionable for weather. We struggled on this trip with the outdoor pools being unbearably cold for half the trip. This is an issue with the overall Princess property, but one that needs to be addressed by the condo owner as it was a main factor in us selecting this site and would prevent us from returning if not fixed. Things directly within the control of the owner and management property were great. Communication was clear, access was granted easily (even available early although we weren't in town early), and the information was readily available for codes and contact info. One thing that I have encountered at other properties but haven't seen called out here in reviews is that this unit is on the 14th floor of the 17 floor property. We never had any issues with elevators going up or down. There are 3 and they are quick. That was amazing for us in coming and going as well as having family staying on the 9th floor where we wanted to go between the units. No Vegas or Disney property style where you may end up waiting forever or it's too full when it arrives!

Wonderful place to stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy, and my wife and I appreciated the updated and spacious walk-in shower in the master. The living room and master have beautiful views of the Gulf. We also loved having a separate laundry room to store our beach supplies. The outdoor patio is large and provides a great place to relax in the evenings. VIP Resort Properties provided us with 2 beach chairs with an umbrella for the week as well as numerous vouchers and coupons for activities in the area, which were very welcome. Check-in was a breeze - management texted us when the condo was ready, and we were able to go straight up. Communication was excellent, and everything was in order before our arrival. We had no need to contact maintenance for anything. The Princess is in a quiet spot that is close to many attractions and restaurants. It was so nice not having to wait long for an elevator at any time, even check-in and check-out, since there are 3 fast ones serving a relatively small building. We also enjoyed having the gated parking lot right in front of the building. The Princess has 2 small outdoor pools and a larger indoor pool that never seemed overly busy. We spent pretty much all of our time on the beautiful beach. Overall, we had a very enjoyable vacation and hope to stay in this condo again!

We loved this location, so easy to drive no back up bumper to bumper traffic. Close to good restaurants. Very well maintained gated building. Would definitely recommend.

Fun in the sun with family

Excellent location and fantastic unit. Condo was clean and exactly as pictures showed. We all enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of ocean and we enjoyed all three pools. Will book again!

Wonderful!

Super clean, spacious unit. Perfect for vacationing with my teenage son and daughter, who need their own space. The Princess complex is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend 1402 and The Princess to anyone.

This condo was a wonderful experience for our family. From the indoor pool, outdoor pool, the view, quick few steps to the beach, check in and out process, everything was amazing and well explained! The Perfect Vacation

This property was everything we dreamed it would be and the property management representative, Jennifer, was amazing and very attentive to our needs. She made the check in seamless and our stay was incredible. The bedrooms are nice sized and everything was very clean and in good working order. We would definitely stay here again!
