The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The yard was perfect for the fur babies as well! Can’t say enough about it. We had a great stay and will definitely be back! »

« Cozy, Convenient, and Full of Thoughtful Touches! We really enjoyed our stay in Geneva! The place was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication with the host was excellent—he responded to messages lightning-fast, which we really appreciated. Check-in was a breeze, and we were able to find parking right near the front door. The space was well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and even condiments for cooking. There were so many thoughtful little touches...

« It is obvious that the pictures in the listing were many years old. This unit was dirty and run down. The shower/tub had mold. The towel holder was ripped off the wall and sitting on the floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell to the bathroom. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the door. I had to use the clean towels to fill in the gapping holes in window because the air conditioner was held in place with failing duct tape. It got down to 39 degrees one of the nights I slept there....

« This really was a cozy apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures. Jennifer was very receptive to our questions about places to visit. Check-in and out directions were very clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed out time in the Finger Lakes and being able to come "home" at night to this apartment made it very comfortable. »

« There were some issues regarding the code entry and heat. However, to his credit, the host took care of both problems immediately. We enjoyed our stay otherwise. »

« First off, it is not even in the same building as listed in the photo. There was a homeless person sleeping on the steps outside the building. The interior is MUCH SMALLER than the pictures you see. The furnishings are not as they are in the pictures. We were there 2 minutes and turned around to find another place to stay. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! This place is a joke! Horrible. »
