« Nice place to stay. Beautiful backyard with fireflies. Clean place, has everything you need. Planes flying over head 24 hrs a day was not something i planned on dealing with. My fault not theirs. Not the safest feeling neighborhood. But house was everything they said. »

The apartment building was nice and the apartment itself was comfortable. It was a short drive from the Lynn Family stadium, downtown Louisville, and many dining options. We had a great stay! »

« Close to everything we wanted to do. A/C worked great which was much appreciated for us not being used to humidity. Host was ver helpful with ideas of events going on around town. Check in instructions were easy and detailed. Would recommend! »

« The property was just as described. Very nice location about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and all the tasting rooms. Also about a 10 minute drive to Churchill Downs. Tyler was an outstanding communicator and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was easy and he let us keep our car parked after checkout since we had a late flight which made things much more convenient for us. Highly recommend this property and can’t say enough good things about Tyler. »

« This unit was great for my short work trip (3 nights). The bathroom sink was draining slowly upon arrival - I mentioned it by text and it was fixed within hours! Easy and secure, with a central location. Be prepared - there's not really any coffee nearby and the unit does not come stocked. »
