Country Feel with Stunning Views

Relax in the peaceful countryside on the outskirts of the Angeles National Forrest. Situated on 5 acres this place gives you the privacy and peace we all need. The stunning views from atop the mountain the house sits on is sure to bring delight to whomever sees it. With a paved driveway and plenty of parking everyone is able to access the property easily and safely. The interior boasts vaulted ceilings, a stunning kitchen, 2 master bedrooms with Cal King beds, a wrap around deck and much more!

I will be available throughout the stay if any questions were to arise. Our wonderful neighbors will be available if someone were needed to come to the house in person for whatever reason.

The neighborhood is a very friendly and safe place. With properties being spaced apart via 2-10 acre lots you are unlikely to come into contact with anyone. Leona Valley is a small town of just 2000 people. We are known for our cherries and have a big festival every June! Also, the Pacific Crest Trail is only a few miles away. Palmdale, which has shopping, and restaurants is just a 15 minute trip.

We are on the edge of the Angeles National Forrest. With that comes bugs, critters, coyotes, bobcats and very rarely mountain lions and bears.

The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the outdoor area atop of the hill. The garage will not be accessible during your stay.

There is a smaller house, at the bottom of the hill (over 2 football fields away) that has tenants, please do not disturb.

The rooms are all very spacious. We have 2 master suites, each with their own bathrooms. One is larger with its own fireplace, walk in closet and stand alone tub. Both have California King beds. The other 2 rooms are still very spacious, one of the rooms does have skylights. They both have queen beds. They share the third bathroom with a shower.

Enjoy amazing views from the kitchen, living room, dining room and main master bedroom.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled, its beautiful quartz counter tops and brass finishes will make it a joy to cook in. Undercabinet lighting give an extra ambiance that everyone enjoys.

Our laundry area has very large and nice stackable washer and dryer.

Outside we have 2 patios. Both with amazing views, a patio table and chairs and well and lounging chairs are available to soak up the relaxing atmosphere.

On top of the hill where the house is located there is plenty of parking. Easily 8 vehicles can fit. We do not recommend bringing a trailer up the hill. But one can be parked at the lower flat area of the property near the road.

Additional things to note is the entire house has hard surface flooring. The house is in overall great condition but it is ultimately an older home that will show some blemishes. Additionally, we are out in the country, and even though the house is treated for pests, it is possible to see a bug in the house although unlikely.
