Here is a new take on the new Palm Springs Modern. Designed by noted Palm Springs Architect James Cioffi, this home takes full advantage of the west-facing views of the San Jacinto Mountains, featured as the backdrop to your pool, patio dining and entire outdoor lifestyle. You'll find the décor bright but soothing with its mix of contemporary and mid-century modern with Zen accents. PS Sanctuary is a 3BD/3BA, 2,385 sq. ft. home with 2-car garage. Dramatic high ceilings, a wall of sliders, and large windows throughout make this home a desirable sanctuary all year round.

The open great room floor plan with dining area and kitchen perfectly incorporates the indoor and outdoor living that has become synonymous with Palm Springs living. Just one step and you are able to enjoy this comfortable and private patio - perfect for morning coffee. Take a few more steps to a full patio that allows you to lounge poolside day or night with resort style pool and spa and a fire pit with ample seating to enjoy sunsets or after dinner lounging.  (Pool heat is an optional/additional charge. See house rules for additional information.) 

The amply stocked kitchen is ideal for the experienced cook or the novice chef. Your friends and family can relax in the great room or marvel at your skills as they pull up to the kitchen bar while you prepare your meals.

The great room offers comfortable and stylish seating for relaxing, entertaining or catching the big game on your wide screen 60” smart TV. This home offers the full technology package from high speed wireless internet, cable and Netflix is available (on some TVs).

The master suite is your own grand retreat. Both light and bright yet comfortable and relaxing the suite features a King bed, a large TV and direct access to the pool, spa and rest of the backyard with its own patio and conversation area. The master bath is its own private sanctuary with soaking tub, large walk in shower and spacious walk-in closet.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed. High on style, it's conveniently positioned as you enter through the front door, but behind the kitchen for great private access of its nearby hallway bathroom. This guest room offers a great private patio with street access (through a gate) but still enclosed for privacy while watching the sunset!

The third bedroom, a second master suite with its own en-suite bathroom, is perfect for those looking for maximize on space while not giving up on the comfort for their other guests. This butterfly suite, designed for the home's sister, offers a King bed, 40” smart TV, walk-in closet, and step-in shower; this room will please any guest.

The sparkling pool and spa alongside the outdoor fire pit make outdoor living a breeze. Luxuriate in the pool, or poolside in lounge chairs or just relax around the fire pit when the temperatures start to cool. (Pool heat is an optional/additional charge. See house rules for additional information.) The outdoor patio also has a comfortable dining table for eight; the entire rear side of the house has been smartly equipped with shade structures. 

Just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, you are never that far from enjoying what the city has to offer. Other Palm Springs attractions are never that far away, from area casinos to world-renowned sporting attractions like the BNP Paribas and ANA Inspiration (formerly the Dinah Shore Classic), and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. In Palm Springs, there is something for everyone.

Murano is a unique neighborhood in Racquet Club Estates. It's an area full of custom architecture, just steps away from the historic Mid-Century homes of the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

The house floor plan was perfect & the outside has plenty of sitting to say the least. Our only complaint was the housekeeping was just ok. The mirrors hadn’t been cleaned, & overall wasn’t the best job. The neighborhood was very quiet as you weren’t allowed any music outside, so be sure to make note of that when booking.

Perfect management company and a fantastic super well equipped clean higher end home with 3 great bedrooms each with a private patio plus a sparkling pool, hot tub, and fire table. Views of the mountains and adorable hummingbirds added to the zen experience. Definitely will be back!

Great house. Don’t know that we’d stay again as the constant strong wind in that part of Palm Springs was an unwelcome surprise. It dramatically reduced our ability to enjoy the pool and outdoor areas. IIt was impossible to even have an umbrella to shield from the sun due to the wind. Very nice house. Support from mgmt team was excellent.

Stayed here for a week with my fiancé, parents, and brother to treat my family with a little getaway. The house is amazing! The kitchen has literally everything you’d ever need to cook anything. The house was clean, and immaculately styled. The check in and check out process was so easy. Thank you so much for allowing me to spend some much needed quality family time at this little oasis!

We had an amazing stay at this property and it was perfect for our two and a half week stay in Palm Springs. The house accommodated are changing needs, my wife and I and then visits by my mother (so great for 3 adults) and then our daughter and grandchildren (great for kids). It was very well laid out, spacious, had everything you need for an enjoyable stay and for cooking at home when you wanted. There were some plumbing issues but the property managers were amazing. Very responsive and super friendly and accommodating. The location was great as it was close to everything and a wonderful home base. There is some wind and air traffic, but these were small things in considering how wonderful the space is. Looks just like in the pictures!!

I take an annual vacation in Palm Springs and this year I stayed a little over two weeks at this property. It is quiet, relaxing, and well appointed. We are home chefs and we were pleased at how well the kitchen was outfitted. Pool heat was perfect! We didn't want to leave, it felt like we were home!

My family of 5 had an awesome 6 days in Palm Springs. The house was incredible. We were in the hot tube and pool several times a day when we were not out hiking or downtown. We visited Big Bear (1.5 hr drive) one day, did the Ladder Canyon Hike one day, did several local trails and enjoyed the downtown area. The living space is excellent. We cooked almost every night in the spacious kitchen and enjoyed the gas fire place in the morning and night. The view from the pool area is unbelievable. You are looking right at San Jacinto and at night can watch the tram going up and down. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can.

We rented this house for the pool & hot tub and it did not disappoint. It has amazing views of the mountains as well. You can just sit there and soak up the views and sun all day long! This house has it all. The backyard is the initial draw with the pool, hot tub, fire pit and BBQ. However, the kitchen on the inside is stocked with whatever you could possibly want. Coffee however you want it - french press, Kuerig, or traditional coffee pot. Pretty much any type of kitchen appliance and/or gadget you could imagine is there. Dishes and serving ware for inside and out. All the bedrooms are separate from each other - no contiguous walls - great for families or couples weekends. Depending what you are looking for, the location is great! It is on a quiet street, not too close to downtown but close enough to drive in a few minutes. Very close to the best grocery story in town. Near the airport. Just down the street from the tram (which you can see going up and down the mountain at night). The day we arrived we were greeted by Jonathan. Both Jonathan & Scott from the rental company were very professional and helpful, on the occasion that we needed to call them, were prompt in assisting us/resolving any concerns we had. We understand this house is new to the owner and VRBO and that is why it doesn't have a lot of reviews. We would stay here again.
