"Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? "

"Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Bed very comfortable but bathroom needed a table or somewhere to put things other than the floor. Remote for heat pump needed battery, we had to manually push button on unit to get it started. Chairs and umbrella big help. We enjoyed our stay."

"This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. "The house was very clean, well stocked and centrally located. Quick easy drive to the beach. The house had lots of beach stuff for us to use and games in the garage to keep the kids busy. We had three families staying here and space was not an issue. We had a slight issue getting in the house to start but the host made it right. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings and the temperature was good."

"I chose this condo for a 3 night girls get away. The location to the beach was wonderful. We loved that we could all have our own bed and that there were 2 full bathrooms. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and wagon. Everything was very clean and the condo had an adorable courtyard with pool. Great location. Had an adorable coffee shop right down the street and many good restaurants. Our favorite was Burrito Social. Appreciate how communicative the owner was."

We actually downsized from a week with all of our family and grandkids the previous week, as we did not require a lot of extra room. We appreciated the accommodations made for check-in. This place is convenient to the beach and various cafes, eateries and watering holes. Very relaxing stay. One should note that this is one of two side by side units and not a single."

"My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 nights in June 2023. This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people. There are beaches easily drivable in 15-30 minutes. They are fairly close but there is lots of traffic to get anywhere so somewhere that is 5 miles away will take that long to get to. "The house is fully remodeled and all the furnishings are new. Everything we wanted we found available and the managers checked on us several times to make sure there was nothing we were missing. "

"The Mermaid House was the perfect place to gather for a relaxing time with our family and local friends. The house was well appointed with everything you’d need. They even provided little extras like Kcups and condiments. The pool was the highlight, absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back. The only drawback is the side yard is situated on a semi busy/noisy road, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Thank you to the host. 😁"

"This house was perfect for our stay - 14 women who attended boarding school together. The house afforded numerous choices for sleeping; meals both inside and out on the lanai, a wonderful pool and spa; even flyovers equivalent to the Blue Angels during the afternoon. Amenities were amazing- from the modern appliances, gourmet utensils, a washer/dryer, massive TVs, a perfect WiFi, dish and hand soaps, shampoo,hand sanitizer, paper products galore.
