"Very nice hotel. Does not have a refrigerator in the room. Had to request one. And when it comes it’s placed in front of the desk. Very unexpected for such a nice hotel. But the staff was very very friendly and accommodating. "

"Our stay at the Hyatt was outstanding from start to finish. Friendly staff, clean, immaculate rooms. You can walk right out of the hotel to the beach and everything else you may need is right within walking distance. A nice little coffee shop and delicious restaurant right inside the hotel and a on site pool on the 8th floor with a nice bar. The view from our room overseeing the beach was breathtaking. Thinking of making this a yearly occurrence after such a wonderful experience! "

"This location was perfect for my plans. It is right on the Riverwalk, hence the name!! They had a DJ everyday from about 11-5 and the music was jamming. The trolley is just a couple blocks up. It was beautiful and a great time. The one thing that could be better is the food service. My food came back cold on more than one occasion and it took forever to come out. Service was basically island time and the servers didnt have a sense of urgency. Overall though all was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again."
