The balcony offers a large space with plenty of room for everyone, offering the perfect relaxation for starting your day with a view of the sunrise, or enjoying the moon rise before you head in for a good night's sleep. When you decide to come inside, you'll find a luxurious living area, professionally designed and well appointed for your comfort and enjoyment. Settle into the comfy living room with a leather sofa and two reclining chairs to watch your favorite TV shows or enjoy your favorite Blu Ray DVD. You’ll find a complete cable package as well as high-speed wireless Internet access. The unit has an open-plan living and dining area, with new vinyl tile floors that extend into all three bedrooms as well. For snacks, meals or entertaining, the fully stocked kitchen provides granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and all the necessary equipment to create your own gourmet meals. Choose to enjoy your meals and snacks in the dining area or out on the balcony so you can enjoy the views while dining. We hope you’ll explore your new surroundings and find them to be even better than the photos, with extras throughout to make you feel comfortable and at home. We sleep 6 guests, offering a choice of a king bed in the master as well as a king in the right front bedroom and two twin beds in the left front bedroom. Each bedroom has its own HD Roku TV with cable. The master suite is light, airy and elegant with upscale linens and an Ocean view to keep stress and worry a world away. The en suite bathroom and its large soaking tub offer additional relaxation. The front bedrooms are cozy and inviting. The second bathroom in the front hall also has extra towel racks and hooks for added convenience during your stay. Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Beach Resort rentals include access to a large ocean front heated pool and spa, a second heated pool with a gradual walk-in slope for kids and families, spa, a 'water splash zone' for kids, a fitness center, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, a kids’ game room with foosball table and video games, seasonal grille, and picturesque walking and jogging trails. In addition, this unit provides beach towels as well as a beach umbrella, chairs and toys that may be retrieved from the owners' storage unit in the first-floor garage. You will be find the keys to access the storage area on the shelf in the dining area. We have also provided a Welcome Guide with necessary information for your stay as well as information and menus for our favorite local places. The binder includes brochures with lots of activities, including Marineland, historical St Augustine, and St Augustine Beach. Miles of uncrowded beach offer a low-key and laid-back environment to just sit and enjoy the relaxing beach life. There are plenty of local restaurants for dinning and entertainment. Visit the Captain’s BBQ at Bings Landing on the intercoastal water way, or the many shops and restaurants in the European Village. For a unique experience try the Funky Pelican right on the ocean in Flagler Beach just 15 minutes away. If you are looking for adventure, then a day trip into historic Saint Augustine is a must. Our adult kids enjoyed the work-out facilities and we all enjoyed the beach-side adult pool. The condo itself was comfortable and well maintained. The owners put much thought into the comfort of their guests. The only negatives were (1) the rocky reef in the beach made playing or cooling off in the ocean rather difficult, and (2) the rules at the adult pool were not maintained so there were children with balls and toys. These were the only negatives about our unit. Sue offered to fix the rug and the door, but it did not matter to us. The place was amazing. We could not be happier with the location, the amount of room, Sue ( the rental agent), I liked the tight security of a gated community, the beach was only steps away, the kitchen was well stocked, supplies for the beach were fantastic, wifi was great, etc. etc etc. We would definitely go to Cinnamon Beach again and definitely stay at this property. This place was so nice and up-to-date with everything you would need for your stay. The beds were super comfortable and the view couldn't be any better from the 4th floor. Everything was modern and up-to-date with nothing in disrepair which is rare for many VRBOs. The owner provides everything you need for the beach, too - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Sue also was great at providing suggestions for restaurants and activities which are also listed in the welcome book. This is a gated community so the beach was never crowded at all which was nice. The only negative is the rocks that line pretty much the entire beach. This is not a beach to go to if you or your kids want to frolic in the ocean or you will be scraping your legs. Lookup pictures of Cinnamon Beach to see what I mean. It's fine if you just want to dip in and cool off after tanning for a bit though. A lot of the sand is actually very fine crushed shells from them hitting the rocks. It's fine to walk on - just different. One other small negative - the windows in the master suite do not open - I was hoping to hear the ocean at night while I slept but couldn't. Also, the adult pool is sooo nice and quiet with a great view of the ocean as well. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely consider returning! ##### Ray D.
