You'll experience a panoramic view and listen to the calming sound of the ocean as pelicans flying by. And if you're really lucky, you might even get to see the baby turtles hatch and head out to the ocean! The balcony offers a large space with plenty of room for everyone, offering the perfect relaxation for starting your day with a view of the sunrise, or enjoying the moon rise before you head in for a good night's sleep. Or come inside, settle into our comfy living room to watch your favorite TV shows on the HD Roku TV or enjoy your favorite Blu Ray DVD. You’ll find a complete cable package as well as high-speed wireless Internet access. The unit has an open-plan living and dining area, with tiled floors and three carpeted bedrooms. For snacks, meals or entertaining, our fully stocked kitchen is a delight to use and provides granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and all the necessary equipment to create your own gourmet meals. Choose to enjoy your meals and snacks in the dining area, on cushioned chairs around the glass-top table, or out on the balcony so you can enjoy the views while dining. We hope you’ll explore your new surroundings and find them to be even better than the photos, with extras throughout to make you feel comfortable and at home. We sleep 6 guests offering a choice of a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds in the three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own HD Roku TV with cable. The master suite is light (lite) airy and elegant with and rich linens and an Ocean view to keep stress and worry a world away. The en suite bathroom and its large soaking tub offer additional relaxation. The front bedrooms are cozy and inviting. The second bathroom in the front hall also has extra towel racks, shelves, and hooks for added convenience during your stay. Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Beach Resort rentals include access to a large ocean front heated pool and spa, a second heated pool with a gradual walk-in slope for kids and families, spa, a 'water splash zone' for kids, a fitness center, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, a kids’ game room with foosball table and video games, seasonal grille, and picturesque walking and jogging trails. Cinnamon Beach is known for its unique cinnamon colored sand, a natural result of the ocean waves lapping against the offshore coquina reef. Miles of uncrowded beach offer a low-key and laid-back environment to just sit and enjoy the relaxing beach life. There are plenty of local restaurants for dinning and entertainment. Visit the Captain’s BBQ at Bings Landing on the intercoastal water way, or the many shops and restaurants in the European Village. For a unique experience try the Funky Pelican right on the ocean in Flagler Beach just 15 minutes away. If you are looking for adventure, then a day trip into historic Saint Augustine is a must. From the phenomenal view of each morning sunrise to the oceanfront pool, everything exceeded our expectations. Condo was very clean and well kept. The million dollar view, fully stocked kitchen, comfy furnishings and beautiful amenities, all added to the exceptional experience. Sunrises, waves crashing outside your bedroom window. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The beach is beautiful, the swimming was great. The pools were wonderful. The place was clean and comfortable. The place was very peaceful. Id definitely love to stay again. The only thing I wish they had was beach chairs. Not a big deal obviously, but it would have been nice to not have to rent/buy. Thank you! ##### Jess H. The property provided everything we needed. The views were wonderful and the proximities to the beach and pools were perfect. Our only one critique was the guest bed. The owner of this condo was friendly and responsive. She provided suggestions on places to eat and things to do. The condo is located in a condo community and has a direct view of the ocean. We enjoyed sunrise off the balcony. It was conveniently located near the walkover to the beach and a short walk to the two community pools.
