"I stayed at this resort for one night and unfortunately had a very poor experience. When I checked into my room, it was not properly prepared. The bathtub was clogged and filled with water, making it unusable. I contacted maintenance, and it took about two hours for someone to arrive. Even after they “fixed” it, the same issue happened again when I tried to use the shower. There were also missing items in the room, and overall it did not feel properly maintained or ready for guests. Given the price and expectations of an all-inclusive resort, this was very disappointing. I hope the property improves its maintenance and service standards. "

"The only draw back was the back up beepers on the construction equipment used for beach restoration,woke me up to early and took away from the wave sound as I had an oceanfront room"

"First of all, the pictures shown are not updated, the hotel says and shows a common area with tables and TV...that is non existent, it was removed after COVID. If you want this hotel bevause of the direct access to the beacj dont book it, the access is closed...there is no beach walking distance from the hotel. Because there is erosion...no sand at the beach and the city is doing some renovations until May. When I called the hotel before my due date to cancel to ask for chair and access to the beach nobody told me it was closed. The TV in oir room was not working, they said the internet connection in that room gives trouble, so we could not watch TV. The last night of our stay we noticed thatnthe door of our room did not closed properly...you can open it just by pushing it. Cannot complain about the staff , they where really nice and the hotel was clean...a little rusty...needs some care but it was clean. I could not cancel because they still will charge me."

"Hotel is very dirty and loud. You will not be able to sleep, due to all the loud people and trucks driving around. There was mold inside and the mattress was aweful. You would be better off sleeping in your car"
