"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Palestine, TX and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around the area. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Palestine."

"Breakfast was sufficient, hotel was easily accessible and location was quiet. Bed was a bit soft and worn in; but we slept well despite the loud AC unit. In room mini fridge did not work well, we were only there one night so it wasn’t an issue worth dealing with. Would stay here again."

"The building was nice. The room was nice. Everything was clean but the people are demons! The staff is rude. They lied to my face. The management is inhumane and they're all just a bunch of greedy cold-hearted zero customer service corporate Moguls! I booked two nights but when I got to the hotel it turned into one night with two rooms which I'm sure is my fault but I don't know how it happened and should have been an easy fix! Instead of fixing it they just said they will not change it for anything and I just lost my money and nothing I can do about it! The cold-hearted insensitivity of their employees and management make this place a very poor choice! I will forever tell everybody I know. What a horrible place this is and will never darken their doorway again!"

"These cabins are very private, the grounds are immaculate, and it really is a beautiful place to unplug. Please never add WiFi to these rooms! Having no WiFi is the best part."

"Room was clean and freshly painted, I assume the tub/shower was going to get a liner, it needs one. I am fairly certain I requested downstairs while booking through Expedia, but they said no at check-in. Breakfast wasn't visually appealing (eggs and sausage) but tasted good. Coffee was good."

"Property was Nice and very open to the shopping center. The Pool wasn't in used and didn't know until after checking in. But it was nice stay, until it was time to check out and the young lady behind the counter was very rude. The warm welcome that I received when checking in and leaving was very different. "
