The entire complex is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery all the way to the sea at the back of the three beautiful beaches with crystal clear water and golden sand, pure Sardinia. By the last beach the iconic lighthouse that inspired the name of the place ( Faro means Lighthouse ). The complex is divided in three sections: Faro, Pineta, Centro. In the Centro by the beautiful Piazzetta a great view on the sea and the islands of the Archipelago, great for Aperitivo at sunset at the Bar or an exquisite dinner at the Ristorante. Porto Faro make your holiday life easy: all the basic services are present in the complex, Supermarket, bar, restaurant, Bus stop, taxi and ferries to La Maddalena are just a step away. It is the ideal solution for families and couples to enjoy pleasant and relaxing holidays by the sea without the need of the car. Positioned in front of Faro, inside the Porto Faro Residence, the apartment is characterized by a living room with sofa and kitchenette equipped with hob, dishwasher and washing machine which overlook the splendid and fresh dining area with wooden deckchairs from which it is possible to enjoy of a stupendous and evocative sea view of Porto Faro and the island of LaMaddalena. Beyond the living area we find two double bedrooms not windowed and communicating with each other and a splendid bathroom, adjacent, renovated and surrounded by beautiful blue tiles, which give brightness and recall the blue of the sea of Porto Faro. I materassi sono duri e scomodi, e anche il resto dell’arredamento è scadente: gli appendiabiti sono traballanti, entrambi i tavoli sono in plastica, una delle due sdraio ha la maniglia rotta e la porta a vetri ha una maniglia che si stacca ogni volta che la si tocca.Il problema più grande è l’umidità, presente in tutta la casa. Se inizialmente può sembrare fresca, ci si rende presto conto che quella sensazione è dovuta all’umidità stagnante, che ha lasciato anche segni visibili sui muri. Nella camera da letto in fondo c’è un odore di muffa talmente forte che rende difficile dormire.Il bagno, descritto come ristrutturato, presenta mattonelle rotte e dà l’idea di essere tutt’altro che recentemente sistemato.La biancheria a pagamento è di pessima qualità e non è stata cambiata nemmeno una volta durante i 10 giorni di soggiorno. Anche il posto auto, tanto decantato, non è garantito, il che è stato scomodo considerando che con noi c’era una persona con le stampelle.
