Quiet, Safe Pvt Space. Located on a private property.
Country side vibes near the Ocala National Forest.. On The boarder of Volusia/ Lake County- BEAUTIFUL Florida.
Near the Ocala National Forest camps, St Johns Mariana Boat Ramp, Alexander Springs, DeLeon Springs, Blue Springs & more.
Approximately 45 minutes- 1hr to Daytona Beaches, Downtown Orlando, Ocala.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Camper= Camping Experience- Small space, Blow up mattress bed, Essentials are enough for 1-2 guests only.

* This stay is small spaced/equipped for 1-2 guest max . This is a camping experience, therefore, No hot water is available.
*If you cannot deal with the RV/ camper life, please enjoy your stay elsewhere.

Visiting family

RV life style isn't a good fit for us, so I might not give a fair response. The improvements that will be made will enhance this property so much. The cold showers were the only down fall to this property. The blow up mattress is not bad, you just need to air it up to it's capacity. You will see carpenter ants and palmetto bugs, but not many. However, that is to be expected with being in the woods. They only came out at night. When you drive up, there is a neighbor about 5 feet away. This isn't a problem at all, so done shy away from this property because of that. The price is amazing. You have a nice refrigerator and a two heating plates to cook with. My suggestion if there is still cold water. Fill up a 2 pans of water and heat them on the heating plates. You can then quickly soap up and have warm water to rinse off with. We were glad to be able to have a place to sleep as we were visiting family. If we were RV people, we would be back. Communication was fast, accommodating and very pleasant.

This was a fun rustic getaway! The place was clean (except for a few carpenter ants, but it’s the woods so those are inevitable). It was nice to have a AC and a cute place to stay near the springs. We would’ve made use of the outdoor area if it hadn’t been so darn hot! My only suggestion would be to get a more firm inflatable mattress or a regular mattress. The one in the bedroom was a little deflated so my boyfriend was somewhat uncomfortable.

Property was an excellent value for the money. While it was an old Winnebago camper, it had a good bed, bathroom facilities, and kitchen. All I needed and the price was much better than other options. It was an adventure, and turned out well.

Very relaxing

It was wonderfully relaxing just what we all needed a quiet secluded space for some much needed mommy and sons time and lots of nature we seen deers while we were driving near by. And the communication couldn't have been any better. Thank you so much for having us I would recommend her to everyone. And I'll be coming back again I'm sure.

Most of the amenities that were listed was not there on arrival.

The family is trying to subsidies there income. However they are not providing or representing the property as it truly is. No sheets, towels ,washcloths, very few dishes, pots and pans that had metal utensils that had been used on teflon. Bed is a broken down boxspring and mattress with no frame on the floor. We had to sleep on a air mattress that they provided a couple days later.We had no hot water for 7 days due to water heater being broke down. You have to use a hose to manually fill water resivore. There is cut down trees and scrub brush piled up behind the camper 6 foot tall and very deep. It is a fire hazard for guests and the entire neighborhood. After all Paisley is on the edge of Ocala national forest. The walkway is pieces of broken concrete that is a very undeveloped trip hazard. Me and my cousin have both camped before but never in those terrible conditions. I wouldn't recommend it for a senior citizen or any age for that matter. I feel sorry for the owner but they can't continue to rent a dangerous camper to people.

I'd definitely stay here again.

I needed somewhere convenient to Deland and this was a cozy comfortable stay. I'll book again if I come back. The owners are close by and take care of anything you need.
