Secluded Beachfront Home with your very own beach

This rare beachfront home is situated in a secluded cove within walking distance of both Paihia (30 mins walk) and Opua (50 mins walk). It was remodeled in 2018 with new bathroom and floors throughout. The house boasts three bedrooms (all beds and furniture are new):

bedroom 1 - king size bed with sliding doors with beach views
bedroom 2 - queen size bed with sliding doors with beach views
bedroom 3 - two twin size beds with plenty of room for play area or third bed (not included)

The newly renovated bathroom is large and comes with heated floors.

There is also a separate ablution block about 10 meters from the house with the second bathroom and separate washing machine area and outdoor shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to make memorable meals. The dining area has a Kauri table and seating for 7 people. Living area has a sofa that seats 3; two swiveling rocking chairs (and an additional one in the middle bedroom that can be brought out) with ottomans and an upholstered cane chair for a comfortable seating total of six adults.

The living/dining area has an amazing view of the garden and beach. From the new 20 foot deck you can see Russell and watch sail boats race right from the couch. Or sip a glass of wine on the deck while watching the sun set over the bay in front of you. Young and old will love to play on the beach and water alike. It is truly a magical setting!
