Staff was accommodating but we had to pay more for the upgrade. The toilet was commercial grade like they install at department stores, super LOUD. We ended up not flushing at night, because it was waking up the dead! Parking was free in the street across the hotel, otherwise, valet parking was $36 per day. Overall, the stay was nice.
