We are following CDC guidelines in order to make sure our home is completely cleaned and disinfected after each stay, to protect both our guests and our employees. This includes wearing gloves and masks throughout the clean, using CDC-approved disinfectants, and following proper guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting practices. All door locks, keyless entries, door knobs, remotes, lamp switches, light switches- anything that is touched, is disinfected by our cleaners. We are adjusting our process as CDC guidelines are updated.

This condo is fully updated and completely unique, offering 1,067 square feet of well-appointed living space. Custom decor adds a touch of rustic, vintage flair, while upscale amenities ensure a worry-free stay.

After a day on the mountain, enjoy a bit of downtime. Unwind in the living room - whether with a glass of wine by the gas fireplace or with a movie on the flat-screen TV with Blu-ray and Netflix.

The kitchen is fully equipped to assist with complex meals and easy treats alike. Serve appetizers at the breakfast bar until you're ready to feast at the adjacent dining table.

Mountain views fill the large windows, sure to draw you outside to enjoy the private, covered, fully furnished deck! Linger outside late into the evening until you're ready to call it a night.

Custom-built headboards frame the king bed in the master and the queen bed in the second room. The living has a queen sleeper sofa. Please note the loft is not suitable to sleep in.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire condo and deck area. Up to 2 vehicles are permitted in the parking lot.

The Pagosa Lakes recreation center is also open to our guests for a fee and provides a pool, hot tub, cardio and weight rooms, classes, racquetball/handball courts and more. Visit ( for more details.
