« We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was well equipped for things that you would need when you’re traveling. It was just like being at home only better. We did use the hot tub and that was an excellent experience. The host was available to answer any questions that I had. We will definitely consider this in the future since I have family in the area. »

« Overall the place was good. The house was super cute and a unique layout. However plenty of steps and stairs. The parking was frustrating, especially the first night when we were trying to unload, we were able to park in the alley behind and unload but then had to park quite a bit away and walk back. The neighborhood is not well kept and we had to watch where we stepped because of dog messes, however behind the gate for the house was better maintained. I would've liked to see a few less cobwebs...

« Very comfortable, clean and inviting space. Was great to arrive after problems we had with our drive to area. We arrived several hours later than expected. Host was welcoming, gave great directions for finding location and the check in process. His son and wife were pleasant and also offered assistance if needed. We hope they will welcome us again as the location is perfect for visiting our son and family who live in Santa Clarita. »

« We enjoyed our stay in this home in Burbank. It's in a quiet neighborhood with close access to the freeway to get to all the local attractions like Universal Studios and Hollywood. The house was clean with plenty of extra towels and sheets. Having a parking spot was a huge bonus. The kitchen had basic supplies but it would be difficult to cook elaborate meals with what was provided. But who wants to cook while on vacation anyway? Sylva was very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend...

« I was in town for a family reunion. I wanted a place to accommodate me, my sister, her son, and my daughter, both adults. The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. « This house was a perfect Burbank house for our visit. It allowed our family to spread out into our own bedrooms. It was also so nice to have two bathrooms! We loved the modern decor - it felt fresh and more hotel-like. We also liked the option for playing in the back with the ping pong table. The host was very friendly and available to communicate. It was also nice to have a driveway so we had a set parking space for our rental car. Burbank is such a great place to stay with pretty much...
