"Stayed here late at night on the way to somewhere else and was pleasantly surprised how clean and well-kept everything was for a "cheap hotel." Staff helpful and accommodating for our very late arrival. Area quiet and seemed very safe."

"I ended up booking this hotel last minute after a bad experience at another chain hotel. I didn’t originally pick this one because of the location being further from where I needed to be the following day. It was easy to get in the interstate and to navigate downtown the following morning. The hotel is very cute. There were cookies and cold milk waiting in the lobby when I got there which was very welcomed after the evening I had been having. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was very kind and informative. Parking was easy enough being a Sunday evening. They do have onsite parking for a fee which I would have probably used on a busier evening. The room was adorable and perfect for myself. It was a corner room, the views were nice enough. I was surprised with a bottle of sparkling wine. I grabbed a small bite from the hotel restaurant and took it up to my room. The restaurant staff were kind and accommodating which was so appreciated after the bad evening I had had. The bed was super comfortable and the room darkening shades would have been perfect if I was able to sleep in. The bathroom was a bit small but was expected in an older hotel. I would definitely come back with my hubby and enjoy the hotel at our leisure."

"We were in room 529 and the thermostat wasn’t working. We were too tired to complain to the front desk The area south of hotel was very nice and many places to eat in the area All of downtown Omaha is one big construction zone"

"Amazing hotel! Our room air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived. The staff moved us to a different room and gave us breakfast for free the next morning. During our stay, the staff was great. I would stay there again!"
