He gave us a sheet, mentioning something to effect of washing. We messaged manager twice with no answer. The kids in the main part of house were noisy. The large dog was over friendly and at risk of escaping property every time we left through front gate. When we arrived the front gate was locked and it took a while to alert housekeeper.
