« Hôtel plaisant mais avec plein de fausses notes; un dîner buffet cher pour une qualité des plats très médiocres (viandes et crevettes mal cuites, purée et pâtes en accompagnement 🙄), Un petit déjeuner jusqu’à 10h, mais il n’y a plus de pancakes dès 8h30, les plats ne sont pas tenus au chaud, et les clients qui vident les stocks en remplissant des sacs ne sont pas embêtés par le staff… Enfin, notre enfant a été aspiré par une buse de la piscine et a vécu une expérience traumatisante et marqué...

« I really liked Arwana and would stay here again. It’s literally right on the beach. The water is crystal clear and baby reef sharks swim around happily. Perhentian doesn’t have any roads so the hotel can arrange water taxis. We did the Redang island trip and the snorkelling trip, both arranged by Arwana and they were both excellent. Don’t go expecting a 5 star experience, but this hotel has a rustic charm, the room was nice and clean and the pool is a good size. It’s peaceful and exudes chilled...

« I would say this was with the cost for sure, but you get what you pay for. There was no sink in the bathroom and the toilet sprayer kept falling off. So it was worth it for the price tag but certainly not anything fancy. »

« The did cancel my confirmed and paid booking minutes before I boarded the ferry to Pulau Perhentian! Now I had a ferry ticket but no accommodation on the island (or anywhere else). And I did \_not\_ get my money back. »

Accessibilité des plages très compliqué ( 100 et 263 marches à descendre et monter). Horaires des plages très limités aussi car fermeture 19h, juste avant le couché de soleil. Tarif de la restauration sur place très excessif, petite quantité et pas fou. Bref bilan mitigé. "

"Hôtel plaisant mais avec plein de fausses notes; un dîner buffet cher pour une qualité des plats très médiocres (viandes et crevettes mal cuites, purée et pâtes en accompagnement 🙄), Un petit déjeuner jusqu’à 10h, mais il n’y a plus de pancakes dès 8h30, les plats ne sont pas tenus au chaud, et les clients qui vident les stocks en remplissant des sacs ne sont pas embêtés par le staff… Enfin, notre enfant a été aspiré par une buse de la piscine et a vécu une expérience traumatisante et marqué physiquement par une énorme ecchymose. Le staff n’a alors rien fait de plus que nous donner une crème et s’excuser. "
