We had a great time in this property, which is described accurately on the site. It is located a bit outside Oxford, but within walking distance (40 min brisk walk). You can also use the wheels in Oxford (scooters mostly available) and the X3 bus was very convenient. The reason why I docked marks is because I found the processes associated with the property stressful. Now I have been through it, I would book again. Check-in is process heavy compared to a hotel and you have to pay a £250 deposit. You only receive the code for the mail box where the keys are located at 3pm on the day, so until I was there, I thought it may have been a scam tbh. I had phoned the company and they explained the process, but I was still stressed. Hopefully this review will put you at ease. The exit was then stressful because of the deposit refund. There was a broken kettle when we came in and something happened with the sink on the departure morning as we washed up for the first time. We did everything we were supposed to do and got the deposit back, but it took a more than a week, so some stress there too, as there were reviews mentioning issues with the deposit. So all in all, we had a very nice stay, but the before and after could have been smoother. Now I know, I would book this property again.

A last minute change was required due to a maintenance problem at the apartment originally booked. A nearby alternative equal to the original was provided at no extra charge. 20 minute bus to center of Oxford.

Pictures do not tell the story!

Second bedroom is about 6sqm. No soaps or shampoos. Massive cleaning fee, yet, you have to ensure kitchen is left as it was found. NOT worth the cost. I will not return to this accommodation.

Very nice and clean little apartment close to downtown Oxford. Had almost everything you need, even a little apartment-size washer/dryer. I think it was newly refurbished, so did have a couple of things missing: no pepper in the pepper shaker, no spices in the spice rack, and it could use a couple of small furniture items to set things on like suitcases and bathroom towels in the bathroom, but other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely come here again. Owners are gracious and helpful.

Far from city center

Very far away from the city center, about a 30 minute walk. Apartment and staff was nice. One bedroom was very, very, small, basically a closet with a bed in it, had to climb on the bed in enter the room. Some mold in the bathroom. Not the best, wish we stayed closer to the city.

The property is situated in a convenient location for transportation, and groceries shopping. The property staff was nice, responsible and assessable. We had a few issues with the flat and they sent a handyman the morning following out check-in night. The property was clean and well stocked with linen and paper supplies. Kitchen is stocked with necessities like utensils, not a lot but meets daily needs. Our major complaint is that the place is not well maintained. We had the following issues which were unresolved as of out check-out day: 1) designated parking space was occupied by other cars. I thought this should have been resolved by out second night of stay. 2) the laundry washer was not operable. Coin operated launderettes were inconvenient and expensive in the neighborhood.

Spacious accomadation in good location

Stayed as two couples so having 2 x bathrooms was ideal. Clean and modern with excellent soundproofing double glazing. Fresh clean bedding and modern design throughout. Small maintenance issues, ie, faulty radiator, lamp not working, faulty blind, etc, prevented me from giving 10 out of 10. Would stay again.

Oxford apartment.

Apartment is up two flights of stairs. Clean, bright and comfortable but small. Bedroom and bathroom have steeply sloping ceilings - one side of bed difficult get to. Kictchen small and clean but lacking cookware- pyrex bowls etc. Ok if not wanting to cook much. Positioned yards away from busy road juction so noisey, but close to several takeaway outlets and local shops. Pub within easy walk. Very easy to get into town centre by bus. Nice apartment for short stay.

The Rana appartment was lovely,the main bed was very comfortable. My son and girlfriend were on the sofa bed wich was comfy too,not much room with it up but easy to put away every morning.Well equiped kitchen,local supermarkets 5 minute walk.Takeaways very close too,we didn,t use them.Great coffee at Delicious across the road.There is a regular bus into Oxford 5 minute walk away,it takes about 10 minutes on the bus.Taxi was $11at night,but the bus goes till very late.We enjoyed our stay here.Only downside would be 2 flights of stairs and the bath is high to get in and out of if you were elderly.The place was very clean and nice toiletries in the bathroom.

Ideal base for Oxford visit

Situated about 1.5 miles from city centre, with frequent bus service, taxi for £5-£7.clean modern apartment with all you would need for a short to medium stay. First time I had used an online onboarding proceedure, which proved easy to use. Friendly communication with the owners, a minor issue was resolved quickly. Good value, for Oxford!! If 4 occupants. Would be happy to stay again
