"I booked through Expedia after speaking with the actual hotel reservations about parking and flying & being able to pay for & leave our car for one extra night, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that Expedia tells people the wrong thing. It wasn’t Expedia that that I spoke with, it was their reservation desk. We had to then spend an extra $40 to park & shuttle for one day. Very disappointed that they couldn’t be more accommodating at the hotel."

"Made charges to my card that wasn’t disclosed. Such as charging me for parking, dispute me stating to them I had a rental car and was just staying one night. Perfect time to inform me of a fee. Will never return to this location as they’re dishonest. "

"Overall great hotel. Nice enough rooms for a solo travel and good prices. A few restaurants within walking distance. It's also right off the interstate highway so heading anywhere around town is pretty easy. I will say it's sucks not really having a breakfast as it's just a few pastries pre packaged. Hot tub was definitely a nice touch. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful."
