"Loved the room and how comfortable it was, super close to everything and easy to check in and out, the only problem i had was with parking, wouldn't recommend leaving at night if you wanna park at the hotel easily again, it took over an hour to find a spot :'))"

"My experience was horrible. Upon checking in I was assisted by a young man who assured me pets were allowed in the hotel. While finishing up the check in process some lady comes out and says that normally they don’t accept dogs but she’ll allow it this one time. This was strange to hear considering that my husband and I had seen 3 different hotel guests with dogs within minutes of us arriving at the hotel. Not to mention this was our fourth time staying at this hotel and we’ve brought our dogs every time with no issue. Once we made our way up to our room we were faced with trash bags full of dirty hotel sheets, beds that were not made and completely stripped, trash on the floor and the bathroom sink completely a mess. We had to then go back downstairs with all of our luggage to explain the situation and request we be moved to a different room. It was nothing but unnecessary obstacles from the moment we arrived and by far our worst experience yet. "

"Doesn't even try to accommodate request of connecting room even though the request was made 3 months ago for my sister and her family, Towels looks old and not looks clean, no fridge and no coffee maker in the room, some room have fridge, some towels looks dirty white in color , no water refilling stations. Most definitely f the staff are friendly especially the one cleaning the rooms, guest service staff are not that helpful. Will not go back there."
