I had my reservation, but a few hours before my arrival, I got a note through hotels.com that they are unable to accommodate me because they overbooked. "Very nicely appointed hotel. We travelled as a family of four, and the standard room was a good size. There is also an small arcade, which the kids loved. The pool and hot tub was also excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend. "
