« Absolutely loved our stay at Club Mill Lodge! It has tons of space and the most beautiful pool. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a restaurant but you are so close to town. »

« Room (accessible) was nice and roomy. Floor was dirty, with food crumbs, napkins, and someone's lost charger. Nice having a kitchenette. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Ample parking and close to shopping, amusements, etc. Rate was fair. Staff fairly nonexistent, and generally didn't acknowledge you unless checking in/out or asking a question. Didn't use pool(outdoor) due to time of year. »

« Purchased an upgraded room. The room we were given was 2 queen beds. On the 2nd floor. When I went to the host desk. They explained all they had was the overflow. Which was at the end of the hotel with no view. What it appeared to be the problem was they did not like a 2nd party booking. The hotel was not half full. But from the attitude we experienced was they don’t like booking through another travel agency. Just beware. No refunds were offered and they explained we would need to contact...

« Room was nice and comfortable, lots of clean towels refreshed daily. The breakfast is ample but could be better. Nice location and we very much enjoyed our stay! »

« Loved this place! Super clean and very friendly staff and I loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7! I’ll definitely be back and I recommended anyone visiting the Smokies come here »

« We really liked the location of the property. It was centrally, located to everything downtown, as well as easy access to Gatlinburg. The restaurants were very easy to navigate, as well as all of the other activities. »

« Clean and convenient location »

« GREAT place for a reasonable price. Amazing pool, very good breakfast. Will be my go-to choice for Pigeon Forge from now on. »

« Had a great stay and we LOVE this spot: the restaurant, general store, and ice cream shop! Lots to do without moving the car. The hotel was clean and nice. Not over the top, but everything we needed and clean. »
