"El hotel bien, el desayuno y la ubicación excelente. Lamentablemente el día que hicimos el check inn, la persona que nos atendió fue bastante poco empatico, muy lamentable, salvo eso lo demás bien. The hotel was good, the breakfast and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the day we checked in, the person who attended us was quite unempathetic, very unfortunate, except for that everything else was fine."

"The hotels is fun and funky and the staff are incredibly helpful! A marathon was going to affect traffic the morning of our checkout, so valet made sure to have our car ready on an alternate road so that we would make our flight! Hugely appreciated and the location the hotel is perfect in old town with great restaurants and shops nearby!"

"Our room was a converted holding cell with bars still on the window. It had a toilet and shower and was pretty small, but they did an excellent job with the space, lots of hooks, drawer under the bed, a fair amount of shelves and lots of mirrors to make it feel bigger. Great bed! I also appreciated them putting us on the ground floor since the lift was out and we're in our 70's."

"The room had no facial tissues. When I asked at the front desk for a box of tissues, I was told that tissues are not provided, and I should use the toilet paper! The thinness and texture of toilet paper is NOT a suitable substitute for facial tissue. I went to a convenience store to buy my own tissues."
