"This has been my go-to hotel in Montreal for years. Locally owned and family owned. You can feel the love, care, and thoughtfulness that goes into this place. It's always clean. Rooms are spacious. Gym is clean and the breakfast is great. Great value for money and centrally located in downtown Montreal. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was clean throughout. The free breakfast was decent and the breakfast area was large open area with pleasant vibe. The location is excellent for what we were in Montreal for - Old Montreal and Chinatown. We stayed for one night and didn't have time to use any facilities."

"On a business trip, the hotel is in a convenient area with many amenities close by. I had a massage at the spa, which was amazing. The staff at both the spa and the hotel were great, friendly and very helpful. My only criticism is that the hotel rooms could use a deep cleaning, around the corners and on the walls there’s quite a bit of dust, dirt and hair. I think an old building such as this hotel deserves the respect of being cleaned properly and well taken care of. "

"The hotel room was a studio with queen bed. It was great as it had a kitchenette. Parking was expensive and we had trouble getting out of the underground. "

"Cleaning and maintenance staff very friendly and helpful, front desk staff not so . Disappointed by broken sauna. Also , not very clear if there was a second entrance/exit. Going out hotel by front entrance and having to walk around hotel every day was frustrating. Found parking too expensive, cheaper spots found nearby."

"I left .y vehicle with the valet. I received a call in the early hours informing me tha ti needed to move my vehicle. Upon inspection, the vehicle was in an accident. The company is claiming no knowledge of it. I even have the vehicle on thier camera of me dropping the vehicle off to their valet with no damage."
