The unit is all on one level with no interior or exterior stairs, making access easy and convenient. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below). Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Any overnight visitors not on the Reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below). The home is definitely older, but it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated the WiFi and Roku TVs for some downtime. We did have to sign into our own accounts. The owner was very responsive and helpful any time we had questions.As you’d expect with a home of this age, there were a few quirks. The window units kept the place cool, but it still had that damp feel older homes sometimes have, even with the air purifier running. That said, the area was quiet and peaceful, even though it's close to a busy road, and we slept well every night.If you're looking for a spacious, no-stairs spot with character, comfort, and all the basics covered, this is a solid choice. ##### Lisa B. This spot was so convenient to get to, very clean, and was exactly what we needed for a quick stay. We got into the place easily and felt more secure with the security system. The beds were comfy, the towels were super soft. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms were so spacious, but the bathroom was a little cramped. We didn't use the kitchen, or laundry but did lounge and watch a little TV in the morning. For four adults it would be nice to have a few more seating options in the living room.
